Yes, you can upgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to all 50 states and the client portal. We'll prorate your billing.
What happens if I exceed 50 documents on Single State?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to Multi-State for unlimited documents, or purchase additional document blocks for $10 per 25 documents.
How does the state limit work on Single State?
You select one state (e.g., Florida, California, Texas) during setup. You can only process documents originating from or being authenticated in that state. Switch states requires upgrading.
